Returns and Exchange

Why you'd want to send it back for an exchange!

1) If you have miss read your size and need to re order the correct size. ( Please refer to our size guide.

2) I don't like the model or it wasn't what I was expecting!

Please email us with the reason for your exchange and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible for you, The order must be in the original packaging and be returned in the same state it was sent in ( E.g. Box, bag and ring). Failure to compile may result in a rejected return. In the case of a rejected return the product will be sent back to the customer.


on some occasion we will not be able to fulfill all your expectations, This is why we have put into place a RETURN for and EXCHANGE OR REFUND policy. Please read the 4 important steps to ensure you return is processed correctly.

1) At outrage we give you a 14 days window to request for an exchange or return from the day you receive the package.

2) Well ship you a new item after we receive the original product.

3) Refunds by lost in transit orders or shipping delays will be made after we receive lost in transit notification by the tracking number our it is up to 45 business days.

All our jewellery is guaranteed to last a lifetime and we believe at Outrage London providing a Limited Lifetime Warranty for ALL our jewellery is crucial and a strategy we strongly stand behind. The warranty is valid for the duration of the original purchaser’s life time which begins from the date of purchase with full authorisation from Outrage London: this is subject to applicable laws and requires proof of purchase via the purchaser’s order number and address. Warranty claims much be an authorised item from Outrage London in order to be acceptable, providing required information as stated. The warranty will immediately be voided if the product is purchased from any other retailer. Fake and fraudulent warranty claims will not be honoured and we reserve the right in our sole discretion to reject any warranty claims we suspect to be fraudulent.  For enquiries on whether your jewellery is covered under our warranty please contact with your name, address, order number, a detailed description of the issue with your product, and attach pictures where possible. Lastly please write “Warranty claim enquiry” in the subject of the email.

 For repairs and/or replacements you will be expected to pay 50% of the original cost of the item under the following cases, even during the warranty term: aesthetic changes that occur from normal wear and tear, failure or damage caused by carelessness and/or improper use including (knots, dents, crushing, knocks etc), failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification, aging such as minor scratches etc, any change in colour such as subtle colour changes to the plating etc, failure or damage caused by water or fire. In the case that your item required warranty is sold out or discontinued we can provide you a credit note with a code which we can validate for you only for the value paid on the original purchase which can be used towards a new item taking into consideration this is subject to approval.
